Most business owners hit the same ceiling. The business only works when you are in it, and every new dollar costs you another hour. You answer the same client questions every week, follow-ups slip because they only live in your head, and a real vacation feels out of reach.I spent the first four years of my own consulting business working that way, assuming the long hours were simply the price of working solo. They aren't. Now I help women business owners take the repetitive, draining, easy-to-forget work off their plates, in their businesses and in their lives, so their time goes to the work that pays and the life it supports.I do that through two businesses. Two Point Oh, LLC is my operations consultancy, and Hera Hub DC is a female-focused community and business accelerator serving women business owners across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

That means no new tools for their own sake and no complicated setup you will abandon in a month. I work in the tools you already use, including Claude, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Zapier, Slack, and more.
